Having spent over a decade in visual merchandising, I’ve become somewhat obsessed the way retail spaces create experiences for their customers. Yada-yada… and after developing experiences for Apple, Nordstrom, Amazon, Wayfair and Anthropologie, I’ve decided to redirect my expertise toward more intimate retail stores and the teams that run them. I’ve always found immersive customer experiences to be the factor that separates good retail experiences from great ones, and no one has the ability to create great customer experiences like small business owners.
